Return an item

What should I do to return an item?
You notify the return of your product on our return portal, online:
https://thyrs.shipping-portal.com/rp/
Enter your postcode, order number or package tracking number and follow the procedure.
The return costs as well as the related risks are the responsibility of the customer, so you are free to choose the carrier to make your return.
Our shipping packages allow both delivery and return. reuse so the delivery package of your product is easier.
To be able to make a return, your items must be kept in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with their labels. It is recommended to provide proof of this return, which assumes that the products are returned with parcel tracking, or by any other means giving a certain date. The proof of return and the risks associated with the return being your responsibility.

After verification of the conformity of the returned product and according to the wishes you have expressed, we will exchange or refund on the means of payment used during the purchase.

How soon do I have to make a return?
The deadline is 14 working days upon receipt of the package.

Does a return involve costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer:
- for returns in France, a flat rate of €15 will be deducted from your refund,
- for other countries, the amount deducted will depend on the country of origin.
THYRS reserves the right to refuse returns/refunds communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions as when they were received by the customer.

You can follow the return of your package via the tracking number. After verification of the conformity of the returned product, we will proceed with the exchange.

Exchange time
You have 14 working days from the date of receipt to exchange your products.

Exchange fee
